Jonathan leads NTS’s Nuclear & Assurance team, bringing together Security & Resilience with HSEQ oversight for nuclear security, health, safety, environment, and quality. His background spans policing and intelligence, defence nuclear regulation (DNSR), and operational leadership as Head of Security for HMNB Clyde, followed by private‑sector experience with Thales UK.

Carol Higson
Personnel and Security Training Manager — Urenco
Carol began her career in BNFL Security, supporting UK nuclear sites across the full spectrum of security disciplines. She has led change programmes, emergency preparedness, and training, with extensive hands‑on experience implementing and managing people‑centric security measures in complex, safety‑critical environments.
