Paul is a Personnel Security Consultant currently working with the National Physical Laboratory. As Co‑Chair of the Insider Risk SIG, he is dedicated to driving higher standards across the industry. His work focuses on advancing personnel security practices and supporting organisations in building effective insider risk management capabilities.

The session will focus on :

• This webinar introduces the Personnel Security Framework, describes the second pillar, Insider Risk Assessment, and gives three steps that the audience can implement to develop their PerSec Framework. It is primarily aimed at an audience that needs to install an Insider Risk Program, but doesn’t know where to start or have limited resources.
