Collaborating to Reframe Insider Risk builds on the momentum of last year’s sold-out event, returning with a renewed focus on how organisations can manage insider risk more effectively by building high-trust environments rather than relying on fear, suspicion, or control. This full-day conference brings together security professionals, HR teams, and business leaders to challenge traditional approaches to insider risk and explore why it is a shared organisational issue, influenced by culture, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Morning sessions feature real-world insights from experienced practitioners on identifying and addressing insider risk in ways that support trust, early intervention, and employee wellbeing. In the afternoon, attendees will take part in a collaborative tabletop exercise, working across disciplines to explore realistic scenarios and test responses that balance security needs with organisational values.
Open to both security and non-security professionals—including colleagues from HR, Legal, Operations, and Finance—this event is designed for organisations looking to move from reactive risk management to a more proactive, trust-based approach to insider risk.
To encourage cross-team collaboration, Security Institute members are invited to attend with one non-security colleague. When both tickets are added to the basket, the non-security professional ticket is free of charge!
*Simply add both tickets to your basket and continue to checkout for the discount to be applied.*
