Following the success of last year’s event, this year’s Women in Security Conference brings together leaders, practitioners, and changemakers from across the security industry to explore how we can break down barriers and build a more inclusive future. Through thought-provoking discussions, real-world insights, and inspiring stories, we will examine the challenges women continue to face, celebrate the progress already made, and highlight the unique perspectives women bring as they take up more space in the field. This event is not just about conversation—it’s about action, equipping the industry with strategies and solutions to drive meaningful change and create a security sector where everyone can thrive.
