Jonathan Power-Higgins – Jonathan leads NTS’s Nuclear and Assurance team, which combines the Security and Resilience and HSEQ teams responsible for overseeing nuclear aspects of security, health, safety, environment, and quality. Jonathan has a wealth of experience in the nuclear security sector. He started his career in the police before working in intelligence. From a nuclear perspective he has spent time both as a defence nuclear regulator (DNSR) and in operations, as Head of Security for HMNB Clyde. More recently he worked in the private sector for Thales UK.
Carol Higson Carol started work with BNFL in Security. She was involved with all the nuclear sites in the UK. This involved all security disciplines and especially anything which involved people, which was in fact most things. Carol has led on change programmes, emergency preparedness, and training and has significant experience of practical application and management
