                 the Inspiration in HR Award








            Ward was delighted to have been awarded the Inspiration in HR
            Award at the Security & Fire Excellence Awards 2021. Ward were
            recognised for having an exemplary employee wellbeing support
            programme at a time of unprecedented demand.


            Now in their twenty first year, the Security & Fire Excellence Awards
            takes place every year to celebrate the very best people, projects
            and processes that the security and fire sectors have to offer. For
            the 2021 awards, the categories were reviewed with changes and
            additions being made to make the event even more company,
            people, team and project focused.

            This was the 15th year of the Inspiration in HR Award and to be shortlisted for the award businesses
