SyI receives the Bronze Award from

the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

The Security Institute is proud to have received the Bronze Award
from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

The ERS recognises commitment and support from UK employers
for defence personnel. This award reflects the Institute’s position
as an armed forces-friendly organisation, open to employing
reservists, armed forces veterans (including the wounded, injured
and sick), cadet instructors and military spouses/partners. It also
aligns our values with those outlined in the Armed Forces Covenant.
We are proud to support Defence personnel and encourage other
employers within the security industry and beyond to do the same.

The Institute will now work towards earning a Silver Award from
