The Study Guide
The cornerstone of the Security Institute strategy in professional improvement rests on a two-tier qualification programme, the Certificate and the Diploma, available through Distance Learning. Both qualifications are recognised by Edexcel. Moreover, the diploma is given a minimum value of 80 credits towards the BSc (Hons) Risk and Security Management taught by the Institute of Criminal Studies at Portsmouth University, with the possibility of further points available for experiential learning.
