It is a newly converted single-storey barn in the hamlet of Caldecote, retaining its original oak beams and a few reminiscences of its previous life as a dairy. The space is divided into two areas, by double glazed doors.
As you enter, to the right is the main Administration Office, where Di Thomas works. There is also a small kitchen and WC. To the left is a large open area, with a variety of uses available.
The peaceful location in the heart of the country makes this space ideal for training and meetings. With free car parking on site, yet the motorway network only 10 minutes away, and London just 70 mins by train, the central location is bound to prove popular.
Layouts
The main open area is currently set up as a meeting room for 12 people, with tables and space for coffees, buffet lunch etc.
The room can easily be converted into theatre-style seating for 30, still with plenty of room to mix and mingle.
As an Examination Centre, we can accommodate upto 18 candidates on individual tables, with the approved layout requirements.

Catering
A range of menu options is available for working lunches and buffets, and there is unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks available for anyone wishing to book this space.
Charges & Availability
The Day Delegate rate for SyI members booking the facility is £25 per person per day. This will include all catering. For external groups, the rate is £35 per person per day. For evening bookings, with or without catering, please contact Di Thoams to discuss your requirements.
SyI members are welcome to use it as a "Drop In" centre for short, small meetings, or somewhere to catch up on emails whilst travelling etc. If you are planning to meet clients or colleagues, we advise you to book ahead to avoid clashes. If you are calling in whist travelling, it is also worth checking, as there may be occasional times when the office is closed during the day.
