This is why we write and publish best-practice guides and once a year collate all training course data and recent key articles into our annual Yearbook.

We also collaborate with other quality organisations to ensure useful and relevant information is available to as many individuals and groups as possible.

You can order by phone or email. Invoices will be issued where written Order Confirmation has been received.

You can pay by credit/debit card, cheque, BACS transfer or ITL transfer.

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of order receipt.
