Apply now to become a Chartered Security Professional

Any security practitioner, who can demonstrate the required competency levels, over the prescribed timescales, operating at senior and/or strategic levels, who passes the background checks and who holds Professional Indemnity Insurance, can now apply to be admitted to the Register of Chartered Security Professionals.

Once admitted, you remain on the Register by compliance with a Code of Conduct, participation in the Security Institute's Continuous Professional Development scheme, confirmation that Professional Indemnity cover remains in place and payment of an annual fee.
