The Institute has a bespoke Continuing Professional Development Scheme which is detailed below. Members and non-members alike are encouraged to join this voluntary scheme, which encourages individuals to keep their specialist knowledge up to date and offers a range of ideas and suggestions.
In addition, members can join the Mentoring Scheme as either a Mentor or a Mentee. Not only is this a good way of developing individual skills and career paths, as well as getting even more benefit from your membership, but it accrues CPD points too.
